Boulogne, where it's a pleasure doing business

Close to La Défense and the Porte de Versailles, Boulogne is both a family-friendly city and a city famous for its dynamic energy. Combined with Issy-les-Moulineaux and part of the 15th Arrondissement, it forms the Val de Seine district. An area heavily industrialized at the beginning of the 20th century, this bend in the river is now home to service industries with a focus on media and communications companies.

In the future, Val de Seine, along with La Défense, will be the main commercial centre of the Paris region. As for Issy, the tremendously ambitious construction in this area is part of a vast urban development scheme, and there area already numerous examples of the bold architectural identity unfolding here. Boulogne, on the other hand, includes Le Trapèze and l'Île Séguin, former site of the Renault factory complexes, which are also undergoing a complete transformation and giving this place a 21st century ambiance.

In addition to the Théâtre de l'Ouest Parisien, the Museum of the 1930s, and the Paul Belmondo museum, you'll also enjoy the proximity of the Bois de Boulogne with its lovely strolls along the Bagatelle, the Pré Catelan (gourmet table of Chef Frédéric Anton) or the racecourses. You will also enjoy the Albert Kahn garden with its amazing diversity of botanical scenes right in the city. Wander through the green spaces of the Rothschild Park as well. You can stroll along the lake and view the rare varieties of plants in the Japanese gardens.
